#So Allison just taught me that River’s ~death was actually perfect#because SHE RECEIVED A TYPICAL TIME LORD BURIAL #when a Time Lord had used up all their regens their consciousness was put into a supercomputer #where they could live out the rest of eternity with an infinite amount of knowledge at their fingertips #Moffat GAVE HER THAT; she’s part Time Lordish so Moffat gave her a Time Lord death #she’s in the biggest library in the universe which contains the most amount of information in the universe (now that Gallifrey is timelocked) #so she’s essentially going to be happy FOREVER #The Doctor GAVE HER a Time Lord Burial even though he didn’t know who she was #it’s the best sort of death either of them could have hoped for #and probably the sort of death that the Doctor would want and most likely never get #THANK YOU ALLISON FOR MAKING ME FEEL SO MUCH BETTER ABOUT THIS (via winterinthetardis)
